Pic in Comment: Support Excel Images

Currently, you can only add pictures to comments using external files (e.g., C:\user\cat.jpg).

Suggested improvements:

1. Allow using images already in Excel to add as comments.
2. Enable converting pictures in comments back into regular Excel images
